We’re making progress, albeit slowly, in the renovation of our new building. As we somewhat expected, we have been playing the waiting game a bit for plans and permits and discovered some unexpected work. It has taken time for the engineers to sort out all the details and develop final plans, but fingers crossed – we’ll be ready to submit for permits before the end of the month. In the meantime, some additional utility work has been uncovered. Part of the renovation will also require an increase in the size of the water and sewer lines that are entering the building. Even with the slow start, we’re still on target for an early fall completion date. We can’t wait to share some photos when we really start the transformation.
