Our own Sara Lempa made this mouth-watering dessert and the PFG Team was thrilled to perform a taste test. We highly recommend it!

Pudding

  • 1 C milk
  • ¾ C sugar
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 C stale breadcrumbs (white bread crumbled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C pumpkin

Topping

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tbps brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 C pumpkin

Directions

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the breadcrumbs. When mixed stir in the breadcrumbs. Grease a 1 and 1/2 qt dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins. Remove from oven and put topping on and return to oven for another 10-15 mins. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
